Postage and Packing Charges

All deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Your postage and packing costs will be calculated automatically based on the weight of your order.

Customers within the United Kingdom

For peace of mind, your packages weighing

less than 1 kilo will be sent by

"Royal Mail Second Class Recorded & Signed For Delivery"

more than 1 kilo but less than 5 kilos will be sent by

"Royal Mail First Class Recorded & Signed For Delivery"

more than 5 kilos will be sent by

"Parcel Force Express 48 Recorded & Signed For Delivery"

Customers outside the United Kingdom

Due to higher costs, you will need to apply or request the costs by email or contact us via our Contact Us page

stating your order and delivery address.

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to dispatch orders received and paid for within 72 hours; at peak times, holiday times and in the run up to Christmas, this may be extended to 7 working days due to the volume of orders or being dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We will notify you by email in case of severe delay. All packages are sent recorded and are tracked.

PayPal; If you pay via PayPal for your item/s, allow up to 2 working days for funds to clear from PayPal into our account once funds have cleared your items will be dispatched.

In the event your item is not in stock, we will back-order direct to our manufacturer for you. You will always be contacted with an estimated delivery date if you would like to wait, or replace with an alternative product if available, or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
